Now you will need to get documents together that prove what you just told me. Let’s start with your birthday. To prove that you’re 16 years old or older you will have to give your area DSO a copy of one of these documents: your birth or baptismal certificate, passport or driver’s license.

Check-in with a family member or other support person to see if they have a copy. You may also want to contact the Service Ontario office in your area if you need to replace any of these important documents.
